If you're like almost every woman on this planet right now, you're being invited or tempted by yet ANOTHER 30 Day Challenge or short-term (intense) program. Instagram and Facebook and Pinterest and Bloggers and Local Gyms are SCREAMING about it from the roof tops. Or if they aren’t yet, they will be in the next few weeks.
It's SUPER tempting to get woo-ed into the seductive promises of yet ANOTHER 30 day challenge, keto or whole30 experiment, or go back to Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time.
But the truth is:
Those are just short term band-aids that are covering up a BIGGER problem.
All diets work. They ALL work...until they don't anymore.
Things go great for 30 days or 6 weeks, but what happens after that?
That dreaded ‘Bounce Back Effect’ every single time.
Sure you lose some weight, but then you simply gain it back -- usually with interest! It's an UNWINNABLE game.
We are not just talking about the next 30 days of your life here. We are talking about the REST OF YOUR LIFE!
And there is no shame and no judgement, but do you really want to be starting and stopping (and starting and stopping) diets and 30 day challenges for the REST OF YOUR LIFE?
Personally, I want more for you than that, and this entire episode is dedicated to getting you OFF that cycle that is "the definition of insanity".
