The luncheons are on the 2nd Tuesday at Big Papa's. She has the annual Installation Dinner coming in May where they will honor the Citizen of the Year, Small & Large Tehachapi Business of the Year, plus she is in the middle of planning the Mountain Festival Weekend coming in August.
