What is aggressively marketed as The Most Wonderful Time of the Year feels more like stress and debt and five pounds of fat around your midsection. Today we’re sorting through your obligations and expectations for the holidays so we can get something off your plate. Today I’m helping you create your holiday to-don’t list.

Step One: Decide what your most cherished traditions are. If you aren't sure, ask your family. They may surprise you!

Step Two: Put those few things on your calendar and guard them with your life.

Step Three: Consider every other obligation and expectation on it's life-giving or life-sucking value. 

Step Four: If it sucks the life out of you, put it on your To-Don't List.
