Which of your defense counsel’s characteristics really impress you? Could it be an executive summary at the start of a report? Picking up the phone to discuss an issue or ask a question? Better yet - what do they do that you absolutely loathe? We attorneys may not want to admit it, but alas, that list may be longer. It might even get so bad that you explore switching counsel.
