Event planning has been on the list of the top 10 most stressful jobs in the world almost every year for the last decade or so. Event management is undoubtedly a high-pressure job, with unrealistic expectations, tight deadlines, physical demands, lack of control and constant interruptions, but there are many ways we can work more efficiently and plan and arrange our days to relieve the stress in event planning and become more efficient when planning our events.

In this episode, we will be talking with Mera Szendro, Digital & In-person Events Manager about how we can reduce the stress in event planning. We will be talking about what causes stress when planning an event, what are the signs that we are stressed and how we can avoid getting burnt out. Mera will be sharing with us some actional takeaways which we can implement right away in our event planning to reduce event planning stress and boost productivity.
