The Fierce Factor with Kaeli Lindholm

In this week’s Fierce Factor Podcast episode I’m going to share key insights into what has been the key to sustainable peak performance in some of the most high growth businesses I’ve coached, and for myself! Peak performance means having the ability to operate efficiently with speed and agility while simultaneously allowing our inputs to grow fruitful dividends over time. As a former collegiate athlete the younger version of myself, I think my perspective about peak performance was distorted. In fact, I would have scoffed at the idea that time away from my sport would be a catalyst or...

More Episodes

I recently stopped to think about success, what the word means to me.  And what it really means to our clients at KLC.

We are always talking about “success”- how to achieve it, how to get more of it, where to find it.  Society has 100% shaped culture around this substructure of growth or achievement.  I mean, after all, who doesn’t want to be “successful”?

There are billionaires who have achieved enviable business success yet still feel unfulfilled.

While the research tells us that authentically forged relationships are the key to happiness, then why are humans so focused on extraction today? We tend to immediately show up with a shield assuming that others are taking advantage of us or thinking what can I get out of that relationship? What can they do for me?

We are so focused on building our friends and influence on social media that we are pulling further and farther away from building genuine connections that create impact.

I believe what has evolved as an important practice for business leaders is to understand the distinction and power of getting coaching and mentorship but also learning how others are achieving actual success by applying their own strategies.

Having friendships is one thing.  But if you are building a real company, you are dealing with different problems at different levels than many of your colleagues who don’t have the same responsibilities and decisions to make on a daily basis that you do as a business owner, a mother, a thought leader, a million dollar CEO.

Being in a room with powerhouse business leaders is the difference between something else on your calendar and something that will change your life.

In this week’s episode I’d like to share my thoughts on success versus fulfillment.  So tune in for some inspiration to become the woman you are meant to be.

You deserve it all- success AND fulfillment.  Now go get it!
