Savoy will plan to have rotating galleries to always have fresh and new themed exhibits. But, that is just on the inside. The grounds of Savoy can hold up to 1000 vehicles for massive car shows. As we wind down our museum discussion, we talk about our first cars, what car we would like to own today if money were no object and our favorite Hollywood car they would like to own.

The conversation opens with a discussion of how Mike was recruited to play for Alabama. A chance look at a magazine is what sent him to the US Navy, where he became a Navy Seal. After serving, Mike started to get into acting. After four years, he had the chance to perform security for Bill and Melinda Gates and Bruce Springsteen. We end the interview segment with where Mike White is today.

Catching the ear and mind of radio host Eric von Haessler got her on when he was with The Regular Guys show. After that show fell apart, Eric began to reinvent himself. He invited trusted talents to join him for a daily podcast show from his home. Years of plugging away led to a return gig on WSB radio in Atlanta and a number one show!

As fate would have it, she got a job in radio at a conservative talk station in Jackson, Michigan. That role led to another in Detroit. Before she knew it, her husband was transferred to Atlanta and she found another radio job, which led to a full-time traffic reporter in Atlanta. She also likes positing messages of positivity on social media.

Bryon also talked about growing up in Rochester, NY, home of the Garbage Plate. The discussion moved to podcasting. Bryon and his partner decided to look at films based around the Marine Corps. Their first season looked at the Clint Eastwood film, "Heartbreak Ridge." They even had one of the actors, Peter Koch, join them on a handful of episodes.

In today's episode we meet up with MalaniKai, former division 1 women's basketball star and current radio talk host on WSB. MalaniKai never takes no for an answer. She discovered a talent for basketball at the age of 12 and by the time she graduated high school, was courted by colleges around the country. Even with her love of the game, she kept her eye on her education. She knew she wanted to be a broadcaster since she was two years old. After graduation, MalaniKai made her way from one radio assignment after another, eventually moving to Atlanta, Georgia. She bounced around a few places before becoming one of the principle voices on the show, "Word on the Street." Where does her career go from here? Only time will tell.

WATCHING/STREAMING:

Walt is continuing his binge of Star Trek: Enterprise and loves the writing. The Mandalorian continues to impress both Alan and Walt. They discussed the special appearances of actors from other shows the two have previously recommended. Walt began watching, Truth Seekers on Amazon Prime, with Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Malcolm McDowell, and loves it so far. Alan is onto season 7 of Star Trek: TNG, is midway through season 4 of Longmire and re-watched the first Avengers movie.

LISTENING:

Walt reminds everyone about the show Literally with Rob Lowe. He also likes Small Town Murder and a show called Dr. Death. Alan went back and finished Wind of Change and strongly recommends the 8-part discussion.
