Today we welcome Chris Hawthorne, Chris has been in the property space for years, beginning his first-ever business at just 20 years old. A UK-based furniture specialist, investor, and managing director of investment fund The Wealth Hub, Chris has 20 years of property and business experience to his name. The Owner of market-leading nationwide furniture and interiors business – Changing space- Chris knows what clientele and tenants want, and he had no plans on stopping there. Chris has built a property portfolio with a net worth of 4.45 million and has done over 60 creative deals and lease options transactions. He currently has 25 active lease options and creative deals in his portfolio and has flipped and renovated numerous projects ranging from small budgets to large on each deal. With 15 serviced apartments, Chris still finds the time to be a dad and loving husband to his wife who he speaks of very dearly.
