[5:21] There are a lot of times in our lives that we feel the nudge to move towards something, whether it be space or silence and we don't often listen to it.
[7:23] It was sort of this tug of the head and the heart and eventually the heart took over and I was on a journey.
[11:11] I had an identity crisis asking myself, "Who am I?" I am still a mother, but that role has shifted as my kids are living independently and happily. I'm no longer a businesswoman, which I was most of my life. It was like a wake-up call where I started thinking, "What am I doing here with my life?
