Danielle Egnew is our guest on today's episode of Yes, And....  Danielle is an Angelic Channel, Psychic, Medium and Author whose work has been featured on NBC, ABC, TNT, USA, CW, The Washington Post and the Huffington Post, and boy oh boy, does she share a wealth of information with us today!

This episode is jam-packed full of information that can help you better manage your anxieties, frustrations, and elevated emotions.  You may want to listen to this one twice (or more!) to fully absorb it all.

We cover a wide range of topics, including: positivity (authentic vs. fake), spiritual hijacking, acknowledgement, denial, suffering, plant medicines, empaths, emotions, shame, conscience (vs. conscious), and much more!

Danielle is one of the most authentically positive people I've ever met.  She's not wearing that all-too-familiar mask of faux positivity--she's the real deal!

"Negative" emotions are our teachers, and when we pay attention, that's how we learn.

Suffering can serve as a bridge to healing, but first must come acknowledgement.

Danielle wasn't consciously aware of her adversities in life.  She was dedicated to herself and who she knows she is, and that's been a driving force in her life.  Because she never saw herself in a place of adversity, she never went into a place of victimhood.

On a spiritual level, she sees humans similar to Tootsie Pops.  What?  (Listen in!  The analogy actually makes a whole lot of sense!)

We discuss various paths to experience the divine, and plant medicines is merely one path to get there.  Others include meditation, dancing, music, etc...

Danielle sets me straight on my distorted view of what it means to be an Empath.  We discuss how we have the concept of Empaths wrong in American culture.  Hint hint...It's not about constantly protecting yourself and remaining in a state of victimhood.

People are largely out of balance because we focus too much on the 3D external world.  Sure, that's important!  We would be wise to pay (more) attention to the 5D data streams of energy that come to us via our inner world.

Shame is a tripping point for all of us.  Listen to Danielle share some of her biggest points of shame in life and how she doesn't let that hold her back.  Education is key in helping her overcome shame.

In the evolution of our species, we are at a pivotal time.  Danielle explains what the Angelic Realm refers to as 'The New World.'

Learn how emotions are transmitted to us via EMFs through out electronic devices.  This new awareness will change how you interact on social media, and via text and email!

Conscience comes from the willingness to accept that we are part of something greater than ourselves.
