Rich Cole : Cole Guns #33 Rich is a true artisan with a lifetime devotion to the craft of gunsmithing. Growing up in Washington D.C. in the late 60s and early 70s, with no video games to waste the days away, his spent free time building models and other hands-on projects of his generation. Rich was introduced to basic mechanics and machine tool theory and operation as a youth by his dad, who was a scientist at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics lab and a gunsmithing hobbyist.

Anthony Matarese Jr. #31 Anthony I. Matarese Jr. of Pennsville, NJ was born in 1984 and started shooting at six years old. At age 10 he started shooting competitive sporting clays and began studying the art of shooting under the guidance of Olympic Medalist Dan Carlisle.

Pat Lieske #29 Pat Lieske grew up in Davison, Michigan, a small town just east of Flint. As a youngster, he loved to fish and hunt with his parents and two brothers. Lieske got his first taste of clay target shooting as a teenager, when he attended a hunter's safety class at Williams Gun Sight in Davison. Returning to the clubhouse after trying a few targets, he noticed a flyer on the wall for a skeet shooting league – and signed up to participate.

His mother worked at the Richmond Baking Company and raised Bill, his three sisters and brother. At age 8, Bill started hunting and trapping with his father, where he developed his love for shooting and the outdoors. In fact, he still has the first .410 Western Field Side by Side that his father gave him.

Rick has been the owner and operator of Back Woods Quail Club since 1990 and also owns and runs The Meadows National Gun Club in Forsyth Georgia. Rick became a NSCA member and competitor in 1992, and has averaged at least 2,000 registered targets per year every year since. Rick has owned and operated day-to-day operations for more than 20+ years, throwing over 1.1 million targets per year.
