Join artist Rachel Carter on her Mayflower journey to create a series of sculptures for the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower sailing. Her project takes her across the Atlantic ocean on a cargo ship, time at Harvard University and Provincetown before returning home to create the sculptures.

Följ med Mona Nechma, en folkbildare i själen med ett särskilt engagemang för antirasism och jämlikhet, och Fatema Vanat, socionom som drivs av frågor som rör unga, ledarskap och marginaliserade grupper. ”Vidga normen” är ett projekt som hjälper organisationer att skapa jämlikhet på jobbet och att motverka diskriminering genom aktiva åtgärder. Podden kompletterar projektet och erbjuder fördjupade samtal om normer kring hudfärg på arbetsmarknaden. Vi hoppas och tror att de teman som vi lyfter här också är relevanta för flera olika delar av vårt samhälle.
