Debra J. Young, PHR, is Sheer Velocity’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner. Before founding Sheer Velocity, she was Executive Vice President of a top five retained executive search firm. Prior to that, Ms. Young was a Managing Partner of a national boutique retained executive search firm responsible for starting their Denver office where she successfully managed the recruitment and placements of senior-level executives.
