I know I’ve done it (and still do sometimes)!  

Nutrition is so absolutely crucial to your body’s overall health and without proper eating habits, your workout regimen will stand little chance at getting you “fit” or “lean” like you think it will.

In this week’s episode, I have the pleasure to sit down with long time friend, Chris Kirschner, to discuss his 40 pound weight loss and hear how he had to find out the hard way that working out and eating poorly was not the answer for a fitter, leaner body.

Just remember, you can never out-train a bad diet.
