Welcome to Women at the Top of Telecoms and Tech, the podcast for women leading in the corporate world. I am Nicola Buckley, the coach for women leaders who are a real force for good and want to make a real difference in the corporate world without sacrificing family time, neglecting themselves or compromising who they are. I take my clients on a hugely transformational journey that really changes their life. I help them to really step into their values and find out who they truly are at their heart. I help them to find their way to lead, and I help them to step past any beliefs or stories that are holding them back. This really is a podcast for women who are change-makers, who are fire starters, and they're on a quest to challenge and change the corporate world. She acts as a JPMSE Board Member in charge of Opera-tions, Technology and Outsourcing. In her current role, Cindyrella manages and oversees our Operations, Outsourcing govern-ance and Technology at the legal entity level, supported by her leadership team located in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Dublin. Her role is focused on establishing aligned governance and oversight across JPMSE's business lines as well as all outsourced activities and it includes maintaining strong relationships with our regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while leveraging as much as possible our global model. Cindyrella is a key advocate of the DPS people strategy and built a culture of continuous learning. Guided by her passion for creating an environment where Diversity and Inclusion is key in all aspects of the business, she is currently senior sponsor for the Benelux WOTM and is heavily invested in recruiting, mentoring and empowering diverse staff. She regularly par-ticipates in round tables and events sharing her experiences as a leader and championing these principles and values. Cindyrella is a senior leader having spent more than 20 years in the financial services indus-try. She joined the firm from Credit Suisse, where she was Chief Executive Officer of Multi-concept Fund Management SA.. Other previous roles include Managing Director, Head of Fund Accounting, Regulatory Reporting and Off-shore Tax Operations at BNY Mellon, and Head of Tax, Financial and Operational Reporting at CACEIS. Cindyrella holds a diploma in French Law and an initiation in German private and public law from Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand, a Bachelor's degree in Private Law and Master's de-gree in Business Law from the University Robert Schuman. On top of her demanding role maintaining and operating the EE mobile network 24/7, Sara is very passionate about get more women and diversity into technology careers and leadership positions. She is a very active STEM ambassador in the South West of England, an Aleto and Cajigo mentor, and an early careers mentor within BT and externally. She also supports and mentors within BT EDN (Ethnic Diversity Network). Sara leads partnerships for BT Technology including Cajigo and 10k Black Interns, and actively supports CodeFirstGirls and BT's Women Returners programmes. Sara also works with charities such as the National Autistic society to offer placements and showcase technology roles.
