With so many different homeschool curriculums, it's difficult to find the right one. Some are whole system curriculums, while others are just supplemental. Today I talked with Maria Miller of the Math Mammoth curriculum. We talked about how she developed the Math Mammoth curriculum and how she continues to revise and edit going forward. We also discussed her homeschool journey and what that currently looks like for her and her family living abroad.

Farming is hard work. Dairy farming might be even harder. Today's guest is Andrew Kern, a former dairy farmer. Andrew grew up on a dairy farm and even went into the dairy business with his father for a number of years. He recently sold his cows and is looking to move onto other pastures. We talked about what it was like milking 80 cows daily and why he decided to get out of the business, as well as how someone might want to get into the dairy industry.

We discussed some of the basics of fermentation, as well as the health benefits of not just fermented food, but bacteria and some of the problems with humanity's desire to create a sterilized environment.
