Dr. Michael Myers, not only saves lives due to suicide prevention, but also heals families that have lost doctors to suicide. He feels honored and humbled to sit with grieving families, who feel that their loved ones have taken the answers with them. Dr. Myers is also working to change the stigma that is associated with physicians asking for assistance, as they may be concerned about being judged and potentially impacting their medical licences.

She does this by encouraging them to be authentic, have integrity, accept and like who they are. Also, Allison recognizes that there may be stigmas associated with mental health illness.

Eduardo, a former flight attendant, was the survivor of a terrible airplane crash. He struggled with survivor's guilt and PTSD. Eduardo's all consuming memories almost claimed him as a victim. He felt inadequate and had no self worth. Eduardo went on a long journey to find the truth as to the real cause of the airplane crash. He turned a negative experience into a positive one. Eduardo shares these powerful nuggets of life wisdom:
