We need to pray:
1. for all people (1 Timothy 2:1)
2. for all who are in authority (1 Timothy 2:2), including those in government
1) Pray that they will be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
2) Pray that they will realize they are servants of God (Romans 13:1-6), that He is sovereign over them, and pray that they will govern in a way that pleases Him.
