On a rare sunny evening in a very challenging Spring I caught up with Kevin Scully in a field on the family farm as they ploughed in preparation for sowing their Oat crop. Kevin and family grow and mill the only certified organic gluten free Oats in the country on their farm in the midlands of Ireland.
