With a long career in Christian publishing, she has acquired and edited Christian living books and devotionals as well as developed and managed a line of in-depth Bible studies called Abingdon Women. In addition to offering spiritual direction, Sally enjoys leading workshops and retreats on topics such as journaling, prayer, and other spiritual practices. She and her husband, Neil, have two adult daughters and live Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, just outside Nashville.
