I started this podcast because I wanted business owners, entrepreneurs, and those who are making decisions inside of other people’s businesses - managers, leaders, partners - and those striving to be promoted into those positions - to understand what it actually takes to attract the right people, projects, and pay with clarity, confidence, and courage.
