Kristina Scaglione, LCSW-R, CAHC, is a licensed clinical social worker, certified advanced holistic counselor, and the unapologetically direct force behind Root & Rise Clinical Specialists and Limitless Integrative Wellness, home of the “Limitless Mind-Spa Model”. Known for blending clinical expertise with sharp intuition, Kristina cuts through the noise with a bold, radically compassionate approach rooted in what she calls “Mental Wealth-Care” signature philosophy that views your mind as your most valuable asset.

With over 14 years of experience, Kristina specializes in trauma healing, emotional regulation, and nervous system restoration for individuals, couples, and professionals under pressure. She is trained in EMDR by EMDRIA, certified in DBT, EFT “tapping,” and Advanced Holistic Counseling™, and uses a combination of somatic, cognitive, and creative methods to help clients move from dysregulation to alignment with clarity, courage, and results.

Her background includes forensic social work, residential psychiatric, crisis intervention, and macro-level advocacy. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and an MSW from Stony Brook University, with a focus in psychopharmacology, CBT, and systems-level change.

Through Root & Rise Clinical Specialists, Kristina and co-founder Julie Stark established a boutique practice renowned for precision, creativity, and real-world results. With Limitless Integrative Wellness™, Kristina expanded that vision into a premium, interdisciplinary space for therapy, movement, medicine, mindfulness, and modern healing all in one location.
