[27:20] Grains and beans contain lectins that we’re not used to. These lectins are pretty nice. Rice is the lectin of the castor bean, a few molecules in rice will kill human beings by coagulating their blood

[28:42] Cooking and rinsing beans helps, but it doesn’t remove all the lectins

[39:19] Problem with most gluten free foods is that they are sugar delivering devices
