Are we following God or man? The Corinthians were immature and one sign of this was their following after men. In this message we look at different ways we can follow after people and not God. Examples included are from the Roman Catholic Church and the Pope, and a quote from C.S. Lewis from "The World's Last Night."
info_outlineThe beatitudes turn our thinking upside down. No example does a better job than Jesus' teaching that those who are persecuted for righteousness are blessed. Being persecuted because of Jesus shows that we are part of the people of God and are part of God's Kingdom. Are you persecuted because you live righteously?
