Sacred Readings is a new segment for an Anglican Tapestry Podcast.  It consists of devotional readings of Scripture designed for Christian meditation on the "things that are above, not on things that are on earth." (Colossians 3:2ff) The readings are from the 1611 version of the King James Bible.  The prayer is from The Book of Common Prayer and Adminstration of the Sacraments with other Rites and Ceremonies of the Church according to the use of the Anglican Church in North America together with the New Coverdale Psalter.
