At 65 years young, Alan is a multifaceted individual whose life has been woven intricately with the rugged landscapes of Wyoming. As an artist, photographer, hunter, fisherman, horseman, trapper, and all-around Mountain Man, Alan's journey through the wilderness is as diverse as the terrain he traverses.

With the distinction of being the oldest tenured photographer in Wyoming, Alan's lens captures the raw beauty of nature, often venturing into the wild to seek out elusive subjects like Grizzly Bears and Wolves. But Alan's love for the outdoors extends far beyond his camera lens; he is a passionate advocate for wildlife conservation and eagerly shares his wealth of knowledge with others.

Married to his beloved Nancy Grey Sinner, Alan's life is intertwined with both human connection and the solitude of the wilderness. His involvement in various boards and associations, such as the Fremont County Predator board and the Wyoming Trappers Association, underscores his commitment to preserving the delicate balance between man and nature.
