In this episode I share some brief thoughts about the topic of identity. Reflecting on the statement about Jesus just prior to washing his disciples feet I see an important connection between identity and the ability to serve others from a place of true humility. Our contemporary culture seems to be fixated on the idea of identity, identity that derives from simply looking inward. Our ultimate sense of identity, as with Jesus, is to come from who we are in relation to God.
