His case continued while he was overseas, and the Academy has still refused to correct his medical records, despite winning the Air Force Board of Corrections of Military Records. During this time, rape and sexual assault, and other misconduct, have continued to plague the Air Force Academy under the direction of Superintendent Lt Gen Richard Clark. Cadets continue to be assaulted, the Academy continues to commission criminals and rapists, and now Non-Disclosure agreements are to be signed by all Cadets to prevent the truth of our Air Force Academy from being exposed to the public.
