Dear Bellamy Black,

I was really excited to hear about your new podcast, Ask a Witch. I love that you are offering your listeners an opportunity to ask questions. This whole metaphysical world is so full of unknowns and untapped knowledge, it's nice to know there is a platform available to those of us who are forever seeking knowledge.

I do have a situation I am dealing with that I thought you might be able to weigh in on. Lately I have been wanting to become more of a spiritual leader in my community, but I have been struggling with what exactly that means. Do I have to go through an initiation? Are my leadership skills invalid if I don’t initiate? What responsibilities will I be taking on if I do recognize myself as a leader? Additionally, I hear terms like High priestess, and Shaman, and I wonder what those positions require specifically.
