Today's guest is no stranger to the podcast. I jokingly call him my baby daddy. But he is a million things more than that. He is the man I call to for advice constantly, in life and in business, he’s been there by my side for over 15 years, and while the dynamic of our relationship has changed, he will forever be one of the most important men in my life. Jared Musser is here today and we talk about something extremely personal to him. A chapter of life he very recently walked through and something not many men open up about—his journey with his own physical and mental health. I love you...

Adam Allred is here with me this week. And oh boy, this one is SO GOOD. Adam is an entrepreneur, business man, husband, father, and is on a mission to make men great again. Adam has a voice and perspective that needs to be heard because I do believe we live in a world today where there is a threat to masculinity. Before I get too deep on that somewhat controversial opinion, I’m going to let our conversation do the talking. I really hope you enjoy this one with Adam Allred. This is one of my favorite episodes I’ve ever recorded. Jeremy Seth is someone that instantly feels like a friend. He not only shows up authentically in himself, he invites you to do the same. His energy, his passion, his lust for life is so magnetically contagious. Jeremy is a world-renowned speaker, podcast host, coach, and founder of the Microdosing Mastermind. If you’ve ever wondered what microdosing psilocybin is all about, we not only share our own personal experiences, Jeremy also goes into detail on so many of the benefits and testimonials he’s witnessed first hand through the...

When I first started the podcast, it was with the intention to have honest, vulnerable, below the surface conversations with people who inspire me. Evonne is one of those women. She was born and raised in Hawaii so naturally we have a lot in common. She is also a mom. She had her son at a pretty young age and was thrown into the world of motherhood without so many of the tools and luxuries a lot of us have today. She didn’t let that stop her though. She used motherhood as the fuel to create and build a better life for herself and her son. She is such a beautiful example of what it looks like...

Court Roberts is one of those people that immediately draws you in and invites you to show up in your true authentic nature. She is one of the most magnetic humans I’ve ever met and she is here today sharing so much wisdom. Court’s gifts range from craniosacral therapy and other body work modalities to immersive one-of-a-kind experiences and workshops for companies such as Patagonia, Google, and Facebook. She architects environments that support connection and transformation and has had a huge impact on my life. I am so grateful for this conversation. I truly cannot wait to share her voice...

We’re talking about SEX. Jackson Hightower is here fam. Jackson has studied and practiced the art of sexual mastery. He's worked with some of the greatest teachers in the world, exploring everything from Tantra and Taoist practices to modern biohacking techniques. And we get to know the man below the surface. Him and I talk about the things men are craving in relationships, why most couples are unfulfilled with their sex life, how to help a man relax and get out of his head during sex, why so many men are quiet in the bedroom, his thoughts on sex on the first date, where to start if you’re...
info_outlineJared is back this week for this month’s coparenting series. We leave nothing off the table as we dive into the depths of the real truths of what led to the breakdown of our relationship and marriage. These are parts of myself and my story that I haven’t shared before. Words even Jared heard for the very first time.
These are the parts of my past I once felt were too dark and shameful to say out loud. Through a lot of inner work, self reflection and compassion for the old versions of me, I am finally able to bring it all to the surface.
I hope this conversation allows you to soften into some of the messy parts of your own story. And maybe even offers permission to share something on your heart that once felt too scary to say out loud.
Thank you for following along this journey with us. I am so excited to share this episode with Jared Musser.
