Paul is an exception powerlifter and strongman who has now moved on to announcing just because of his great love for strength sports. He also happens to be a great historian of strength as well. In this episode we talk about his past in powerlifting and strongman then to where he is today. Talking with Paul is so enjoyable because he is a wealth of knowledge. I am already planning on having him back on to tap into that wealth even deeper. I happen to be a huge fan of strength history which may be a great place to start our second episode.
