Pat Hastings, a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Therapist, international retreat leader, workshop leader, shares her journey in her books Simply A Woman of Faith and f It's Never Too Late for Love which she co-authored with her  husband Larry Burns, Pat will discuss  how she moved through difficult childhood trauma to become a woman of faith, how to deal with pain on the inside which can cause fear and anxiety and manifest in addictions including alcoholism, workaholism.

Pat will also share how we can practice fearless living in the new year through spiritual belief as she did when she followed her heart at age 65 and moved to Maui 5,000 miles away from family and friends, knowing she would meet her soulmate.
