Its silly in all the right ways and wrong ways as well yet ends up sticking the landing how you expect it to go. A film thats not really a remake and its also a sequel to the original film at the same time. Given the actors in this film, you can see the jokes coming a mile away. End of the day its a silly movie with some earnest. Do with that what you will.

Once the movie presents itself very quickly that its not what you think, you end up getting a very heartwarming and honest film but people and feelings. Solid direction, great cinematography, and excellent acting.

New locations, new characters, and revisiting even old characters from the first film. End of the day, you have a film that is pretty damn entertaining from start to finish.
