Bacon! I mean BACON! Boy, God sure did good when he made pork. A while back, we shot sever shows with Cali Lewis where we focused on exotic bacon recipes. Not TOO exotic, but surely not regular.
One of the best ones we did was Bacon Candy, (sometimes called "Pig Candy"). This simple dish was a huge hit that weekend, we ate LOTS of it. We also cooked up some Bacon Cookies and Chicken Fried Bacon.
The recipes we shot were jumbled together throughout the day. We'd work on one part, then while it cooked, work on something else. The rhythm of this episode may feel a little off, it's only because we had to pull from several different time-frames over two days of shooting. We hope you enjoy!
