info_outlineTony Drake was 255 pounds at only 12 years old, which led to bullying, teasing and trouble from gangs and subsequently, a loss of confidence. At 21, Tony hit 335 pounds and 40% body fat. With the help of his brother Dorian, this marked the turning point of his success story.
A few years later, Tony proceeded to pursue his childhood dream of being a professional wrestler, and was told he was too overweight to ever be successful. This sparked the next phase of Tony's journey, inspiring him to lose another 80 pounds over the next year, and ultimately getting him a place in the WWE.
After wrestling in Japan and Mexico for the WWE, as well as being featured on MTV and conquering his biggest goals, Tony hit another rock bottom, which led to a dark space of depression and thoughts of suicide.
Over his journey of ups and downs, and realizing he had to be something better for his wife and daughter, Tony was introduced to Intermittent Fasting, which led to even more fat loss.
Today, Tony fuels his coaching business not only in physical health and fitness, but in lifestyle as well, by relating to others and helping them conquer their own goals.
