More Episodes

In this episode, Dr. Nidhi Gupta explores the idea of who might benefit from learning more about digital wellness. While this idea is typically thought to be applicable to teenagers, she dares to question the status quo.

Dr. Gupta presents compelling testimonials from professionals, teachers and students who have transformed their lives after attending ReConnect, a 3-hour seminar curated and led by Dr. Nidhi Gupta.

1. How is digital wellbeing linked to professional efficiency?

2. Are teenagers to be blamed for their excessive phone use; or are they modelling their parents’ behavior?

3. Students are resistant to this messaging…only until they hear it at least once.

About Dr. Nidhi Gupta

She shares practical tools to prevent and/or mitigate this behavior, improve mindfulness, and boost productivity.

In her research, she has found that without having teams trained on the impact of tech on the brain, they are underperforming in an environment where they have all the tools they need to grow.

She aspires to bring life-technology balance to each home and workplace, thereby relieving the looming health crisis of mental health disorders and loneliness in the world.

Dr. Gupta lives in Nashville with her family. She enjoys yoga and spending time with her children.
