Erica Matthews is a health and well-being coach based in Boise, Idaho who guides clients toward spiritual alignment and thriving physically and emotionally. She has a passion for connecting with women and helping them see that no matter what their history holds, they have the power to write their future stories and live with authenticity. In 2020, Erica was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer, which caused her to grip even tighter to her faith and trust in God's plan. She sought alternative, holistic treatment and she’s healthy and flourishing today, using what she’s learned to help others. Erica hosts the Cancer Conversations podcast and writes a blog at ericamatthews.co. She’s also currently writing a book. 

Erica’s story demonstrates the power of resiliency, overcoming addictions and obstacles and relying on faith to persevere through the darkest moments in life.
