Although Courtney faced childhood struggles through abuse and neglect, she hasn’t let that define who she is today. Courtney recounts how she’s shifted her mindset to embrace hard experiences and learn lessons through pain. She describes changing her mental focus on scarcity and fear to an attitude of thriving, passion and joy.
