When someone promises you health through a supplement that is branded, expensive and part of a pyramid scheme, you should know to run. Diet MLMs (multilevel marketing schemes) aren’t new, but the pushback they’re receiving is, thanks to the likes of Brittany Morgon. A nutrition and fitness coach by day, and a bad-ass MLM slayer by night, Brittany has her boot firmly planted on diet MLMs’ necks. She joins me today to explain how and why these pyramid schemes have such a tight grip on the community’s they prey on, specifically women, mom’s, military families and the chronically ill. She exposes their fearmongering tactics and use of pseudoscience and outlines the financial ruin many of their members succumb to.
