info_outlineThe second annual Season Kickoff event will be held at Veterans Park on May 17th. This event aims to connect residents with local organizations, amenities, and each other. It has expanded significantly from its initial concept and will feature interactive exhibits from vendors, a wider variety of food and beverage options, and a larger venue to accommodate more attendees. The goal is to create a more engaging and welcoming atmosphere where residents can learn about and participate in community offerings. Exhibitor registration is open until the end of April.
In addition, Ocean Pines is introducing the Good Neighbor Award to recognize acts of kindness and community spirit among residents. This award will highlight the positive contributions of individuals who go above and beyond to support their neighbors. The inaugural award was presented to the Teal Circle Mitzvah team for their extensive community service. Nominations for the Good Neighbor Award are ongoing, encouraging residents to acknowledge the positive actions of their neighbors.
