Born in Nairobi, Chef Asheesh first fell in love with cooking in the kitchen of his vegetarian mother, where he became the taste tester when she cooked meat dishes for the family. Chef Asheesh shares with us his favorite cuisines, his cooking conundrums, and his go to date night steak dinner.

His training in London, Paris, and Italy is reflected in his expertise in an array of cuisines, proving that there is nothing he can't make.
