With more than 20 years of experience as a nonprofit professional with experience in all aspects of leading, managing, and development, Crystal combines her academic and practitioner skills to provide solutions for small and large nonprofit organizations. Trull received her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego.
