In the first half of the conversation, we talk about the elements of marketing and sales that lead up to joining containers online and how this is actually where the facilitation process begins. We get into the things people may need to feel comfortable joining containers but don’t always look for, the importance of having clear rules of engagement and facilitators themselves being safe in their own systems.
Of course, we share how we’ve experienced all of these things working and not working, along with some stories of developing as facilitators ourselves, and we have an illuminating and passionate conversation about worthiness, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome as it relates to being a facilitator.
