In this week's Black Political Rant, Kehinde Andrews talks about the positives and negatives of UK foreign secretary David Lammy announcing that Britain will be &quot;returning&quot; sovereignty of the Chagos Islands to the Mauritian government. Highlighting that the larger issue is that Britain and Empire continue to take Black and Brown lives through their legacies and violent presence in the world.
