And while sleeping medication and anti-anxiety pills can appear to be the easiest solution, they often have undesirable and long-lasting effects on your mind and body.
As someone who has dealt with anxiety since my pre-teen years, I have always been searching for natural remedies that help me live in a state of better mindfulness.
Even if you have never dealt with anxiety, taking the wrong approach to managing the stress of everyday life can have similar impacts on our bodies.
