Anger has been said to be an secondary emotion, one that makes us want to stand up for ourselves because someone has hurt us or we feel threatened or scared. There is a difference between reacting to Anger and feeling anger. When we react to it it might feel good and we can feel like we are releasing it but it can also destroy relationships and things we love. Feeling anger without reacting to it can feel uncomfortable but I share 5 ways you can learn to let go of it without destroying or hurting those you love.
