In the season finale of Podcast on Wheels, host Johanna Calderon recounts a chaotic holiday road trip filled with physical challenges and "close calls," beginning with a confrontation at a seafood restaurant where a male patron "snitched" on her for using the men's restroom after the accessible facility proved out of order. Calderon finds humor in a frightening moment where she "almost flew out" of her chair when her brother-in-law hit a hidden bump, but she expresses genuine distress over accidentally leaving behind a black stepping stool at a gas station, a vital tool she relies on to shower safely. The episode concludes with Calderon reviewing accessibility products purchased from Amazon, such as a shower handle that sadly did not fit.
