This study evaluated whether artificial intelligence applied to single-lead ambulatory ECGs could predict imminent sustained ventricular arrhythmias. Using deep learning models, the researchers demonstrated that AI could identify subtle ECG features preceding arrhythmic events, enabling accurate short-term risk prediction.
