The mind is unruly, it will set you back if you are not alert. Each present moment is an opportunity to reclaim your power. Dr. Jean Marie shares the "Wholistic Model of Love", adopted from Henry Drummond, who analyzed love that includes nine ingredients in her assessment of the "Recipe of Love": Patience, humility, generosity, courtesy, kindness, unselfishness, good temper, guilessness and sincerity. These make up the supreme gift but all must be practiced to demonstrate love.
