info_outlineWe are constantly bombarded with our own thoughts and outside forces that disrupt our peace. Whether it's a series of events, behavior of others, or our own life challenges, we feel tired, exhausted and at risk of losing ourselves in fear. How do we get to a place of peace? How do we reclaim our power and return to our natural state of peace, love and joy.
Dr. Jean Marie shares 5 strategies: Getting Quiet, Setting Your Intention for Peace, Moving into Stillness, Anchoring in Divine Love and Dwelling in Peace.
When your peace is threatened or disrupted, you can feel it in your whole body. Streams of annoying thoughts make us fearful of what may happen. Recognize when you are off center. Fear can be paralyzing, stressing and result in the manifestation of debilitating illnesses. While you may not be able to control outside forces, it is your responsibility to be in control of yourself. Setting an intention for peace shifts our perspective and can help us positively reframe our lives. We can consciously choose to disengage from self-imposed negativity and adopt a healthier mindset. Stillness is a higher state of consciousness that guides our soul. Go deep within and feel peace radiate through your entire being. Relax in the serenity and embrace each peaceful moment. The essence of who we truly are is constant, stable and unchanging. Connect to the source within and immerse yourself in divine love. From a peaceful heart, we can acess divine guidance. Do not be in a hurry. Be patient which is an ingredient of love. Know that peace feels your heart and soul. Embody this natural state of being.
